The role
What you'll do.
As a Website Designer at Clickrush, you design websites that do a job: make a business look credible and turn visitors into calls and form fills. You work from strategy and content to create layouts that are clean, fast to understand, and built to convert.
- Design website layouts, page sections, and landing pages from strategy briefs
- Create wireframes and high-fidelity designs that prioritize clarity and conversion
- Build and maintain brand-consistent design systems: type, color, spacing, components
- Design supporting assets — graphics, icons, ad creative — when campaigns need them
- Collaborate with developers to hand off designs that are practical to build
- Review live pages against the design and polish the details after launch
- Use performance data and user behavior to iterate on designs over time
What you bring.
- A portfolio of clean, modern web design work
- Fluency in Figma or a comparable design tool
- Understanding of responsive design and how layouts behave across devices
- Instinct for conversion: hierarchy, calls to action, and trust signals
