01 Who we are and what this covers

Clickrush Marketing is a digital marketing agency at 2121 W First St Ste 10, Fort Myers, FL 33901. This policy explains how we handle personal information on clickrush.io and www.clickrush.io.

It covers our own website and the forms on it. It does not cover third-party tools we embed or link to — those have their own policies, and we point them out below so you know where our responsibility ends and theirs begins.

02 Information you give us

We only collect what you type into a form or attach to an application. We do not browse your device, read your contacts, or buy lists of people to contact.

What each form collects
Free growth assessment form (homepage and Contact page)
First name, last name, email, phone, business website, what you want to improve, the page you sent it from, and the date and time.
AI Receptionist waitlist
First name, last name, email, phone and business website (both optional), your consent choice, and the date and time.
Job application (Careers pages)
Your name, email, phone (optional), the role you applied for, your written note, your uploaded resume file, and an AI-generated summary of your qualifications against that role.

Every form asks for your agreement before sending, and the growth assessment form tells you that message frequency may vary and that you can reply STOP to opt out. Phone and website fields marked optional are optional — leave them blank and the form still works.

03 Tools on our pages that you interact with directly

Parts of the site are run by other companies. Anything you enter into them goes to them, not to us, and their own privacy policies apply:

  • The booking calendar on the scheduling page — run by HighLevel (LeadConnector). The name, email, phone and details you type into it are collected by HighLevel under its own policy.
  • The free analysis report popup — the report is generated by Local Marketing Reports. The website address and contact details you enter for the report are handled by them under their own policy.
  • The office map on the Contact page — loaded from Google Maps, so Google can see the request and may set its own cookies.
  • The page typefaces — our fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your device's internet address when a page opens.
  • The cookie consent banner — an open-source consent tool, the Silktide Consent Manager, loaded from the jsDelivr content network. It records only the choice you make and does not track you across other websites.

The client reviews shown on the homepage are Google reviews that were published publicly by the reviewers; we display the reviewer name and comment exactly as Google supplied them.

04 How we use your information

  • Reply to your enquiry and prepare the growth plan or assessment you asked for.
  • Send the AI Receptionist information to people who joined the waitlist, until they tell us to stop.
  • Review job applications — including an AI-generated summary of how a resume and note line up with the role applied for. That summary is a reading aid for the person reviewing your application: it does not score, rank, or decide anything.
  • Keep a record of who we have spoken to and what we agreed, so a colleague can pick up the conversation.

We do not use your information to build advertising audiences about you, and we do not make automated decisions about you. A person reads every application and every enquiry.

05 Who we share it with

Your information stays with Clickrush. We share it only with:

  • Our team — the people who answer the forms and review applications.
  • Anyone you tell us to, or where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to lead-generation companies.

06 Cookies and your consent choices

The banner in the corner of the site is a consent manager. It stores the choice you make so we do not ask you again on every visit. Essential cookies — the ones that remember your consent and keep the site working — are always on and cannot be switched off.

Analytics and marketing cookies are only enabled if you accept them, and you can change your mind at any time through the preferences in that banner. Choosing Reject non-essential changes nothing about the forms, the map, or the booking calendar — the site works the same either way.

07 How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry or waitlist entry for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep an accurate record of our conversations. We keep a job application and its resume while the role is open and for a short period afterwards in case we want to come back to you.

Ask us and we will delete your details from our records, unless we have to keep them for a legitimate business or legal reason. Deleting your record does not remove anything already handled by the third-party tools in section 3 — you would ask those providers directly.

08 Your choices and control

Write to us at the email below and we will, without charge:

  • Tell you what we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Delete it.
  • Stop contacting you — for phone or text messages, reply STOP to the message.

We honour these requests whoever you are and wherever you live. We may ask you to confirm your email address first so we do not delete or disclose the wrong person's record.

09 How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS, so information travels encrypted. Submitted details go to private records that are not browsable by the public or by other visitors, and resumes are stored in a private location that only our team can open — they are never published on the site. Access is limited to the people who need it to do their job.

No way of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot promise perfection — but we keep the number of people with access small and we do not post submitted information anywhere public.

10 Children

Our services and job listings are aimed at adults, and the site is not designed for children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will remove it.

11 Changes to this policy

If we change this page we update the date at the top. Material changes get announced on the site rather than buried here.

Ask us about your data

Questions, corrections, or a deletion request — send it in writing so we can track it, and we will come back to you.
